Property, infrastructure and stakeholder risk — managed.
We help carriers, developers and institutional buyers navigate approvals, access and stakeholder complexity in infrastructure‑adjacent environments.
What we actually do
Overland.team is an independent advisory firm specialising in environments where projects stall — property access, approvals friction and unmanaged stakeholder risk.
Our background spans nationally significant telecommunications and infrastructure delivery programs, giving us a practical understanding of how councils, utilities, government agencies and communities operate in reality — not just on paper.
We are engaged early, when judgement matters, or later, when escalation needs to be handled decisively.
Telecommunications Infrastructure
We support carriers, TowerCo’s and delivery partners with:
Site acquisition and access
Planning and approvals navigation
Stakeholder and community escalation
Delivery support across complex, multi‑jurisdiction programs
Property & Infrastructure Advisory
We support developers, asset owners and institutional buyers where land, infrastructure and community impact intersect.
Our work focuses on:
Institutional buyers advocacy
Compulsory acquisition and corridor exposure
Stakeholder, landowner and authority interface
